1) Introduction:

Sand production line is a perfect combination of stone production line and sand making production line. It’s a specialized equipment used in construction. It’s composed by vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, sand making machine, vibrating screen, belt conveyor, etc. We can combine various equipments to satisfy different customers’ requirements. It’s widely used in mining, metallurgy, building materials, highway, railway, chemical industry. It’s used for the crushing of rocks like limestone, basalt stone, granite, cobblestone, and others which afford qualified bone materials for some industries.

4) Operating principle:

1.    Stone is coarse crushed.2.    Then sent into fine grinding machine by belt conveyor to a further grinding.3.    Stone after fine grinding is separated into two parts by vibrating screen. One part qualified is sent into sand making machine, while the other part is sent back to a further fine grinding.4.    Stone in sand making machine is also separated into two parts that one is made into production by sand washing machine, and one is sent into sand making machine to grind again.
